Immersed in the Majella National Park, Fara San Martino is a small Abruzzo village in the province of Chieti.
Framed by a splendid nature, with its ancient history and its stone houses, it is nicknamed “the capital of pasta”. Because? Because this is where some of the most famous Italian pasta factories are located: De Cecco, Cocco, Delverde. And it’s not even pasta, the only delicacy to taste during a visit to the village: there are also lamb ragout, boiled tarallucci, stuffed birds (Abruzzo tarallucci with grape jam), amaretti, mostaccioli (biscuits with a soft heart, covered with a chocolate glaze).
Fara San Martino is 40 minutes by car from the coast and 45 minutes by car from the ski resorts and is close to all the amenities and the touristic attractions.
The property is on 4 floors , with the basement totally in stones, has a small garden and a amazing view from the terrace.
The house needs to restored but has a great potential to became a big and characteristic house with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the relaxation and services areas
