From the ‘vicolo’ (small street typical of ancient villages) you enter the entrance where there is a small toilet, on the right we find a comfortable kitchen with a window on the ‘vicolo’, a scullery and a bathroom, on the left instead you enter the living room with a large fireplace and balcony overlooking the village and the mountains

Going upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a small bathroom ensuite and from this room, going up further we arrive in the attic where there is another bedroom and a part of the attic that was previously a terrace, so you can recreate it and this has an amazing view

The price is really good considering that the house is habitable and all the electricity, water, gas and sewage services are connected and the heating and hot water system is guaranteed by the functioning boiler
