After making an offer, Dave and his team at Vignaverde made the buying process even smoother than expected.  We provided the team with some initial information and they took care of everything else.  All the paperwork was in place by the time we returned for the signing.   Vignaverde’s in house translator explained what was happening throughout the signing process at the Notary Public.  A very straightforward reading of the documents, making any amendments immediately, signing and exchange of contract and keys. Buying a property abroad is a very daunting prospect but the entire team at Vignaverde made the whole experience uncomplicated and hassle free. Now its on with the restorations using Vignaverde, of course.
