Vigneverde helped us find our dream house in Italy, introducing us to an area which we didn’t know much about but fell in love with as soon as we drove towards Casoli and looked up to see the castle at the top of the hill!  Buying the house was daunting but thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of the whole team at Vigneverde it was a simple and straightforward process.  We started our renovation plans immediately and Pino, the Geometra, talked us through the possibilities for the house encouraging us to see changes we could make to add an extra bedroom and bathroom with minimal cost.  He and Silvana also made every effort to implement other changes we wanted to make to the property while always considering the building structure and planning process – their support and knowledge was invaluable.  Silvana has been a brilliant project manager, nothing is ever too much trouble, always ready to give advice and to listen to ideas and to implement them whenever she can.  I have never been in any doubt that the finish of the work will be exceptional because Silvana treats every renovation as if it’s her own home and the contractors we have used from builders, to plumbers and electricians have all worked exceptionally hard to complete the project on time and to a fantastic standard.
