It’s been a while coming but we are happy to release our latest website offering many features to help you narrow down your Italian property search.
There’s nothing like seeing a place with your own eyes but hopefully the information you will find on the website will help you make the next step of coming to visit in person.
Join the community
The website can be used without registering however to unlock all the features we suggest that you register with us, you can do this quickly and simply by clicking on the Login/Register button at the top right of each page. Your information is not shared with anyone. By registering you can save your favourite properties to your profile for simple viewing at a later stage, save specific searches i.e Detached house under E100,000 and then receive automatic emails when we add a property to the website that matches your previous search and receive emails when we add newsletters and features to the website.
Contact forms
While you are viewing property pages you will find contact forms next to the photos and on the side panels of property pages. If you wish to receive more information on a certain property please fill in the contact form on the page of the property you like, this will then let us know which property you are interested in without having to add the property id.
Google maps
You will see a number of maps throughout the website showing pins where our properties are located. For privacy reasons we are unable to place a pin directly on the property for sale, instead we place pins in the vicinity of each property.
Accommodation
We recommend certain accommodation in our local area and in turn they give you the best prices possible subject to at least one days property viewing with Vignaverde. The accommodations are not owned by Vignaverde and after a booking is placed they will contact you direct with arrangements and confirmation.
Abruzzo & Marche properties
You will notice a number of properties in Abruzzo, property viewings and restorations are all organised by Vignaverde Srl, we have used 2 logos (one red and one green) to make the properties recognisable by area. You are not passed to other agents or third parties, we organise and control everything.
